1. Sponsor

Each Waffle is sponsored by Freedom Waffles.

2. Eligibility

The Waffles are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

3. Waffle Period

The Waffle will begin and end on a pre-determined time and date (each waffle may vary depending on size/value). All entries must be received within the pre-determined Waffle Period.

4. How to Enter

• Merchandise Purchase Method: During the Waffle Period, eligible participants who purchase merchandise at [website URL] will automatically receive entries into the Waffle. Number of entries per purchase is determined by merchandise tier and will be displayed on the product page.

• Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, handprint your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and telephone number on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage to:

  Each mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry into the Waffle. Limit one (1) entry per person per day via this method.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prize

Prize is non-transferable, no cash substitution, and no prize substitution is allowed except by Freedom Waffles in its sole discretion.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Waffle Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Freedom Waffles.
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or telephone within five (5) days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

8. Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to allow Freedom Waffle to use their name, state of residence, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

• Freedom Waffle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Waffle if fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Freedom Waffles, which are final and binding.

10. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. For prizes valued over $600, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

11. Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Freedom Waffles, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Waffle or the acceptance/use of the prize.
